The PositionServo series of drives have it all. From basic torque and velocity control to fully programmable coordinated motion, you choose your level of control.

As a distributed drive/control solution, avoid all of the costly cables and connections and put the power of the motion controller in the same package as the drive.

With 17 programmable I/O points, machine control becomes easy with one packaged solution.

Each drive ships with MotionView OnBoard. MotionView is the programming, set-up and diagnostic tool; it is embedded into the drive and can be called up from any web browser over Ethernet.

Communication and networking are handled over Ethernet as a standard, but the drive can also provide options for EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, CANopen, PROFIBUS and RS-485 Modbus.

The PositionServo can perform along with the most high-level control and drive solutions in the market and can work in both a centralized or decentralized control scheme.

9300 Servo Drives

Lenze 9300 intelligent drives are ideally suited to the independent control of subprocesses within a machine. Taking existing standard applications as a starting point, individual drives can easily be extended with the help of function blocks that can be interconnected as desired; this takes the pressure off the central control and facilitates modular mechanical engineering. The series can be used universally in the power range 0.37 to 75 kW.

In order to meet the most diverse servo technology requirements, four software versions are available: 9300 servo drive, 9300 servo positioner, 9300 servo cam profiler, & 9300 servo register controller. By using a uniform user interface, the need for training is reduced - once you have learned how to use it, this knowledge will never go to waste. ECS Servo Inverters

The ECS servo system Servo drives with a high overload capacity designed specifically for multi-axis applications with high dynamics. The servo system comprises axis modules and power supply modules which can be combined to an optimised unit for multiaxis applications. The control tasks and motion control functions can be split according to the application-specific requirements between a central control, e. g. an industrial PC, and the ECS servo system.

A high degree of precision is achieved when carrying out multi-axis co-ordinated movements by transferring synchronised speed and torque setpoints via the integrated Lenze system bus with microsecond accuracy at cycle times down to 1 ms. The ECS servo system is therefore optimised for gantry systems, robots, packaging machinery or feeding and removal mechanisms in handling technology. Lenze's automation system components and ECS servo drives make it very straightforward to set up a complete automation system with co-ordinated interfaces.

9400 HighLine

The ServoDrives 9400will revolutionise your servo technology with simple clicks.

Our single-axis devices combine mains supply, DC bus and inverter in a single unit. The filter elements and the brake chopper are integrated in the servo inverter and allow autonomous use in distributed control cabinet installations. By using corresponding footprint filters (up to 55 kW), greater interference suppression can be achieved without additional mounting area.

Our multi-axis drives are particularly suitable for centralised, compact multi-axis installations. The energy exchange via the DC bus reduces the power requirement on the mains side. The axes share the same mains supply, brake chopper and EMC filter. The parts requirements and installation work are thus significantly reduced. The integrated DC busbar system provides for compact installations for drives rated up to 15 kW.
